Ingredients:
2 cups herbal tea mix (chamomile, ginger, or lemon)
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Silicone molds (for shaping)
Directions:
Combine honey, lemon juice, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Gradually add the herbal tea mix and mix until it forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
Press the mixture into silicone molds, ensuring they are packed tightly.
Freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm.
Pop the tea bombs out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
To use, drop one tea bomb into a cup of hot water, stir, and enjoy!
