What You Need ( Ingredients )
10 ounces bittersweet chocolate
12 T.spoons butter
4 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups sugar powder better
half cup flour
Powdered sugar for garnish, optional
Fresh raspberries or any other flavor for garnish.
Vanilla ice cream, optional
How To Make It :
1 – Grease 8 – 6 oz ramekins.
2 – Put chocolate and butter in a large microwavable bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted in The microwave.
3 – mix until chocolate is melted.
4 – Microwave for another 30 seconds if needed.
5 – Add sugar and flour and mix well.
6 – Add the whole eggs and egg yolks. mix until well-combined.
7 – Divide evenly between the greased ramekins, filling about 3/4 full.
8 – Place ramekins in air fryer basket and cook at 400ºF for 11 minutes.
9 – Allow to set for 1 minute. Invert on a plate and tap the bottom of the ramekin gently to release.
10 – Garnish with sugar and berries and serve immediately
