
*INGREDIENTS: 2 PERS.
°2 large potatoes
°2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
°30 grams Parmesan (or nutritional yeast for a vegan option)
°1 C. minced garlic
°1 C. Paprika coffee
°0.5 tsp. salt
°0.5 tsp. Onion powder
°0.5 tsp. parsley
*PREPERATION :
1.Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2.Peel and cut the potatoes into fries, then put them in a salad bowl.
3.Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix well by hand.
4.Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes and flip the fries halfway through cooking.
