Blackberry cobbler cake


° 2 1/2 C BlackBerry Washed

°1  Sugar

°1C min temperature

° 2 Ton Baking Powder

° 1/2 ton salt

° 1c Milk

°1/2 c unsalted butter dissolved


Stir the berries and sugar together in a large bowl and leave for 25-30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375?

Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt and milk with a wooden spoon.

Next, stir the melted butter and mix it by hand until the ingredients blend well and you have some lumps.

Pour the mixture into a medium baking dish and be smooth.

You can choose to align the butter paper or not, but do not grease the pan.

Finally, pour the peeled black berries over the top, including all the sugar and spread evenly over the mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how golden you prefer. Let it cool for 5 minutes until it maintains its shape.
