+Base
°3 cups flour
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 cup sugar
°4 teaspoons baking powder
°1 1/2 cups milk
°2 eggs
°2 teaspoons vanilla
°1/2 cup melted butter
+Topping:
°1 cup soft butter
°1 cup brown sugar
°2 tablespoons of flour
°1 tablespoon cinnamon
+Glaze:
°2 cups powdered sugar
°5 tablespoons milk
°1 teaspoon vanilla
* Methods :
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Preparing 9×13 baking tray Mixing all basic ingredients, except for the butter.
We add melted butter last, and then pour it to the prepared pan,Mixing all topping ingredients in a bowl. Blend well.
Drop it with small spoon over the base, as equally as possible on the entire base.
Taking butter knife & roll the top layer to base.
Putting it in oven and baking for 28-30 min.
While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze and set aside.
We take it out of the oven and decorate the cake while it is still warm.
