2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken wings and toss them until they’re evenly coated.
Sprinkle the dry rub over the chicken wings and toss them again until they’re evenly coated.
Arrange the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they’re not touching each other.
Bake the chicken wings for 40-45 minutes or until they’re crispy and cooked through, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
Serve the chicken wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
