
Ingredients
°4 medium potatoes
°1 onion
°150g flour
°3 eggs
°peanut oil
°1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley (optional)
°Salt
°Pepper
*Preperation
Peeled potatoes and the onion.
Grate the raw potatoes and onion with a metal grater.
Leave to rest for around 30 minutes.Then, discard the liquid that forms on the potatoes.
In a bowl, mix the whole eggs, flour, salt and pepper, finely chopped parsley (optional).
Put this preparation on the grated potatoes and mix well.
Cook into small pancakes.
