°1 cup creamy ) peanut butter
°1 cup (250ml) powdered sugar
°2 tablespoons melted butter
°1½ cups (375ml) crushed Rice Krispies (measured, then crushed)
°1½ cups (375 mL) chocolate chips
* Preperation :
Line a baking sheet with a sheet of waxed paper.
Combine peanut butter and melted butter in a large bowl.
Add powdered sugar and Rice Krispies. Mix well.
Form balls of about 1 inch. Put the balls on the waxed paper and then in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Melting chocolate chips in microwave in 30 sec increments. By mixing between each sequence. Stick a toothpick in a ball and dip it in chocolate. Put back on the plate.
Remove the toothpick. Repeat for each ball. Store in the freezer.
